Western Slope Area

The ticket office in the Western Slope Area is open according to the slope opening hours. Ticket office is opened 15 minutes before the slopes are opened and closed 30 minutes before the slopes are closed.

The ticket office is located at the foot of the Western Slopes, on the ground floor of HimosBistro, in address Länsikeskuksentie 9.

All tickets are load into the Axess smart cards. If you don´t have your Axess smart card yet, you can buy it from the ticket office with your ticket purchase or online and pick it up in the Axess Pick Up Box -automatic right outside the ticket office in the Western Slope Area. The Axess Pick Up Box is available 24/7.

Northern Slope Area

Depending on the season, the ticket office in the Northern Slope Area is open on weekends and during vacation periods according to the slope opening hours. Ticket office is opened 15 minute before the slopes are opened and closed 30 minutes before the slopes are closed.

The ticket office is located at the foot of the Northern Slopes, on the ground floor of HimosCafé, in address Patajoentie 210.

ONLINE SHOP

Our online shop is open 24/7. When bought online, the ticket is valid of the season in question. When you take your first lift, the ticket is activated for the day.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• We reserve the right to define, which lifts and slopes are in operation. Slopes and lifts are operated according to ski seasons and weather conditions.
• Ski passes which are valid for several days have to be used on successive days (excluding 3/5 and 5/7 passes).
• All ski passes, excluding company passes and parents’ tickets, are personal. The use of the passes is monitored e.g. on the lift gates. In case any else except the pass owner uses the pass, we collect an inspection fee of 150 euros.

We comply with the terms agreed between The Finnish Ski Area Association (SHKY) and the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority, regarding skiing services. The terms are available in our ticket office and on SHKY web site www.ski.fi.

AXESS-TICKET SYSTEM

The Himos ticket system operates with contactless Axess chip cards, which are registered remotely by the lifts. If necessary you can buy the Axess chip card in our ticket office, or alternatively online. The ticket is reloadable and you can load tickets in it also in other ski centers using the Axess system.

MEANS OF PAYMENT

Cash, most common debit and credit cards.

In the ticket office ski passes can be paid also with exercise and culture vouchers and mobile apps mentioned below. Please note that the benefits are personal and the user’s name needs to be written in them clearly.
