Tunneilla harjoitellaan mm. tasapainoa, jarruttamista, k\u00e4\u00e4nt\u00e4mist\u00e4 sek\u00e4 hissin k\u00e4ytt\u00f6\u00e4. Tunnin kesto on 90min. Kurssit ovat tarkoitettu suksilla 6 ik\u00e4vuodesta ja laudalla 7 vuodesta yl\u00f6sp\u00e4in. Hinta sis\u00e4lt\u00e4\u00e4 hissilipun tunnin ajaksi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>LUMIWERNERI JA VAUHTIWERNERI<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ik\u00e4suositus 6\u201311 v.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lumiwernerit \u2013 alkeistaso: tavoitteena tasapainon parantaminen suksilla, vauhdin hallinta ja k\u00e4\u00e4nn\u00f6sten harjoittelu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>VauhtiWernerit \u2013 jatkotaso: tavoitteena vahvistaa jo opittua laskutaitoa. Kurssille tultaessa tulisi osata k\u00e4ytt\u00e4\u00e4 itsen\u00e4isesti nappihissi\u00e4 ja osata tehd\u00e4 hallitut k\u00e4\u00e4nn\u00f6kset helpoissa rinteiss\u00e4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tarvitset oman hissilipun ja v\u00e4lineet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>FREESTYLE-KURSSIT<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Freestyle laskun alkeet yli 9-vuotiaille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tarvitset oman hissilipun ja v\u00e4lineet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>ILMOITTAUTUMINEN<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>s\u00e4hk\u00f6postilla hiihtokoulu@himos.fi tai puhelimitse 040 580 0902.
