HOW TO BOOK A CARAVAN PLACE ON THE WEST HIMOS CARAVAN PARK

West Himos’ new caravan park is located next to the down station of lift no 9-10, address is Himosraitti 6.

Reservation are made via www.himos.eparking.fi/en site. Reservations are not possible to make via eParking application nor eparking.fi site.

After registration, it is important that you will log into the site with your correct username (email address or phone number, which you have chosen to be your username) in order to see the reservations you have made. If you are not sure which your ID is, you can check it by calling our customer service number 020 711 9100.

Below are insturctional videos, which you can see how the making reservation proceeds.


Log in to the website himos.eparking.fi
Choose whether you are booking a seasonal or daily place.
The season place is for November 9th 2024 – May 2nd 2025.

Day place, select the period for which you want to reserve the place. Press Search.

Check out at 12.00 and check in from 14.00.

Checking out time can not be continued except by adding a new day to the reservation.

You manage the place yourself by turning on the electricity via the reservation system, and the place´s electricity will be automatically cut off at 12 noon on the the check out day.


The available places for the time chosen opens up.
On the left side, you can see all available places and the dimensions of the places.
On the right side, you can see available places on the map, how they are located in the area.
The places in blue are available and the ones in read are reserved.

Choose the available place you prefer and click book now on the left side.

After choosing a place, a window will open for you with an overview of the place, cancellation terms, check-in and check-out times and the area´s facilities.

On the right, you can see in yellow on the map which place you are booking. From the same place you can see the arrival and departure dates of your reservation, as well as the price of the reservation and the kilowatt price of the electricity.
The reservation is paid during the booking.
Electricity will be charged from your payment card day after the end of the reservation.

The program will ask you to eihter log in or register You can see the login options in the menu.

The reservation and payment must be completed within 30 minutes, otherwise the reservation will expire.


After registration/logged in, the following window will open.

On this page, the contact information is filled in and accepted
– the service provider´s terms of use and
privacy statement
– the terms of use of the area and privacy
statement, delivery and payment terms
caravan park rules

Remember also to fill in the passanger declaration.

If you have already registered on the himos.eparking.fi website, the contact information comes automatically from your customer account.

After filling in all the required fields, proceed to confirm the reservation and pay.

Payment has to be made to confirm the reservation (In season place half of the price is paid when reservation is made and the remaining half is charged to your card after 14 days).

After confirming the reservation, you have to choose the method of payment.

Also check that you have reserved a place for the period as you wish, because after the payment cancellation is not possible.

Make the payment.

Also remember to fill in your card number in your customer account in the payment methods section (upper right corner, yellow ball with your initials).

Your card information must be entered here so that you can see the upcoming reservation in your account and be able to turn on the electricity to the place and receive the key code on day before arrival in the area.
The key code allows you to enter the area and to the maintaining building.

If the payment page doesn´t appear automatically and you go to the home page instead. Follow the instructions in the next column.
If after confirming the reservation, you will be transfered to the home page. In the upper right corner you have a red sign – waiting for payment.

Pay for the reservation. If the payment has not been made within 30 minutes, reservation will be canceled automatically.

Also remember to fill in your card number in your customer account in the payment methods section (upper right corner, yellow ball with your initials).

The key code allows you to enter the area and to the maintaining building.



After payment, receipt will open.

If you wish, you can also download the receipt in pdf format.

Now you will find the reservation in your user account on the reservations tab.
You can check your future reservation in the upper right corner by going to the menu of your user account.

Select reservations.

The current bookings opens, where you can see your booking and manage it in the following areas:
– Extending the reservation, if the place is
availabe for extension.
– To activate the pole´s electricity on/off
off by sliding the button right/left.
– The area´s key code is displayed here for
about 24 hours before the start of the
booking.
– You can see the electricity consumption
history of the reservation.

The key code applies to the entry boom in the area and the doors of the maintaining building.

The key code is valid for the duration of your stay.
